Strategic issues marked the It’s Natural Management Committee meeting

The It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone Management Committee meeting, held on July 6th, was marked, among other issues, by the repercussion of the 01-year seminar that celebrated the first year of the execution of the export incentive program developed by the Brazilian Center of Natural Stone Exporters (Centrorochas) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

The committee members celebrated the representativeness of the supported companies that attended the event, both in person and online. There were about 100 participants, among them representatives from more than 85 different companies.

Hybrid, the meeting took place at Findes, in Vitória, and counted on the online participation of members of the committee who were in different locations, such as the President of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, and the ApexBrasil project coordinator, Paulo Silva, who made important contributions to the group. The meeting was led by the sectoral project analyst and manager of the It’s Natural sectoral project of ApexBrasil, Emerson Raiol, and by the manager of It’s Natural at Centrorochas, Rogério Ribeiro.

The meeting was also marked by the debate on strategic issues that will significantly impact the future of the natural stone sector.

 

Visit to companies supported by It’s Natural

After the committee meeting, the ApexBrasil sectoral projects analyst, Emerson Raiol, visited two companies supported by the project: Decolores and Andrade Group. In both agendas, he was accompanied by the manager of It’s Natural at Centrorochas, Rogério Ribeiro, by the relationship manager, Mila Romanelli, and by the communication advisor, Karina Porto Firme.

At Decolores, the small entourage was welcomed by the company’s partner, Rodrigo Lima, who presented the Serra unit and the construction work that is underway to build the new administrative part. Decolores is also building a new showroom and acquiring machinery.

At Andrade Group, the group was welcomed by Josy and Emily Loss. The transition process in the company’s management marked the conversations. A tour of the company’s headquarters highlighted the installation of new machinery and the structural improvements that are being made.

It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone is an export incentive program developed by the Brazilian Center of Natural Stone Exporters (Centrorochas) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).
